Digital Product License Agreement

This Digital Product License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Finness Connections LLC ("Licensor"), a Michigan limited liability company, governing your use of any digital product purchased or downloaded from finnessconnections.com, including but not limited to e-books, guides, toolkits, templates, checklists, and other downloadable materials (collectively, "Digital Products").

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any Digital Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Digital Product.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Finness Connections LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

This license does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or distribute the Digital Product.

• Download and store one (1) copy of the Digital Product for your personal or internal business use.
• Access and read the Digital Product on your personal devices.
• Print one (1) physical copy for your personal reference.

You may not, without prior written consent from Finness Connections LLC:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Digital Product in whole or in part for distribution.
• Sell, resell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Digital Product to any third party.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Digital Product.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Share login credentials, download links, or file copies with others who have not purchased a license.
• Use the Digital Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

All Digital Products are the exclusive intellectual property of Finness Connections LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you. You acknowledge that you are purchasing a license to use the Digital Product, not ownership of the Digital Product itself.

Digital Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Finness Connections LLC does not warrant that the Digital Product will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finness Connections LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of a Digital Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Digital Product in question.

This license is effective until terminated. Finness Connections LLC may terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Digital Product in your possession.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
